The Leading Leaders Individual practice will teach you how to lead leaders by learning to lead and follow simultaneously. Doing so accesses the intelligence, energy and creativity of yourself and those around while fluidly managing the roles of boss, team member and business partner. This distinctive leadership technology redefines leadership and collaboration to leverage the dynamic and ever-changing nature of our organizational cultures.

How We Work With You: The Leading Leaders Individual Practice is an appreciative coaching model designed to make you more effective at being a leader of leaders. Clients engage with a Leading Leaders coach over 9 months, evolving through a new module each month. Our first session is a 2-3hr in person meeting. Each month thereafter we schedule a 1.5 hr phone/skype session to build skill sets and track progress. Between each session clients have access to an unlimited amount of 20 min coaching calls.

How We Work With You: We work with intact and fluid teams (cross-functional, executive, boards, partnerships) in 4 sessions over a period of 9-12 months. Our sessions are designed for efficiency. You and your team will learn and build new skills as you work on your most live and relevant business issues. At the close of each session, we highlight learnings, define areas for growth, and build systems for accountability. Each team member receives coaching between sessions to ensure application and continuity.

The Skills You Will Learn:

Contextual Intelligence is a highly important leadership function that includes increasing your ability to observe yourself and others in context and understand how to propel an interaction towards creativity and effectiveness.
