I have over 20 years of business experience. I was as a sales and marketing executive and as a successful business owner. I helped numerous companies exceed sales goals and launched and sold my own company in the burgeoning health food industry.
For nearly 20 years I have also practiced and taught various techniques of mindfulness. I have led workshops to groups of hundreds as well as coached individuals in ways that we can quiet the noise in our heads and find greater ease, clarity and creativity.
