Steve Mostyn
STEVE MOSTYN founded Steve Mostyn Associates Ltd in May 2009 with two objectives:
- Help Business Schools develop more agile and blended ways to build executive leadership capability with corporate clients
- Help corporations build lasting executive leadership development initiatives with measurable impact
This is achieved through three processes:
- Accessing the worlds top thought leaders and business schools
- Building and facilitating executive leadership initiatives
- Coaching CEO’s and senior executives to help them grow more leaders
Previously Steve was Head of Executive Development for the RBS Business School where, since 2005, he led the development of innovative leadership development programmes for executives within the RBS group. His primary achievements focussed on the development of mixing academic approaches from the world’s leading business schools, including Harvard Business School, London Business School, IMD and Duke CE, to engage leaders working together on real issues. This has been strengthened by encouraging leaders to teach what they learn to each other and their teams.
Previously Steve led Executive Development for Motorola University and was responsible for the development and deployment of the ‘Chairman’s Leadership Institute’ with Kellogg School of Management.
Steve believes that you can only develop leaders by understanding the world of his customer - the executive. Steve is a trusted coach and advisor to a variety of corporate executives – supporting them in their customised leadership development journey. He encourages executives to grow by helping them understand and act on their critical role to grow more leaders. In addition Steve is an active supporter and facilitator at Columba 1400, a charity dedicated to the leadership development of young people who come from ‘tough reality’ backgrounds.
